Kent State at East Liverpool hosted the Sunrise Business Breakfast Forum Tuesday where members of the East Liverpool, St. Clair Township and Wellsville Area Chambers of Commerce met to discuss the future of area business. Linda Woggon, vice president of Legislative Affairs for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce was the guest speaker. Heritage-WTI sponsored the breakfast, which was held in the Slak Shak.
