Application for Graduation Deadlines for Undergraduates
The following is a list of graduation months and the deadline to turn in your application for graduation for each.
- May Graduation: Application for Associate degree programs graduation must be submitted by the end of the first week of the semester during which you'll complete all requirements.
- May Graduation: Application for Bachelor degree programs graduation must be submitted by the 15th day of the preceding September.
If you are applying to graduate during a Fall or Summer semester- your application deadlines are:

| Bachelor's Degree Candidates: | December graduation - March 15th |
| May graduation - September 15th | |
| August graduation - December 15th |
* Should the 15th day fall on a weekend, the deadline will be the next business day.
The East Liverpool Campus only holds commencement once per year in May. Students graduating during Fall or Summer semesters may return and attend the commencement ceremony in May at the East Liverpool Campus or may choose to participate in the commencement ceremony at the Kent State University Campus. Contact the Kent State University Campus for information on participating at that campus.
Failure to adhere to the above deadlines may result in a late fee of $200.00
