Great Place To Work, Officially

Kent State University consistently wins awards for being a great place to work. Kent State University has been selected as one of the 2011 “Great Colleges to Work For” by The Chronicle of Higher Education, the nation’s number one source of news and information about colleges and universities. The university was recognized in the Compensation and Benefits category for large universities. Kent State is also a four-time recipient of the NorthCoast 99 award, being named one of the 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio.
