BSN Clinical Experience
Kent State-Salem BSN nursing students have the unique opportunity to gain clinical skills in a wide variety of settings.
Our nursing students work side-by-side with experienced RNs and many other healthcare professionals to learn real-life nursing techniques and apply their knowledge in the clinical setting. Our students also have the opportunity to gain individual alternative experiences such as the cardiac cath lab, NICU, Pediatric ER, endoscopy, surgery, dialysis, physical/speech/occupational therapy to name a few. Our students receive an individualized education as the faculty-student ratio is 1:10.
